We collect exactly one piece of personal data through this site: your email address, if — and only if — you choose to join the early access waitlist.

We do not collect your name, payment details, location, browsing history, or any other personal information. We don't use tracking pixels, fingerprinting, or cross-site tracking of any kind.

Your email is used solely to keep you informed about OpenSwing — launch announcements, product updates, and early access details.

We do not send marketing for third parties. We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your email with advertisers, data brokers, or anyone else.

We process your email address under consent. You provide it voluntarily when you sign up, and you can withdraw that consent at any time — either by emailing us or using the unsubscribe link in any message we send.

We process anonymized website analytics under legitimate interest: understanding how visitors use our site helps us improve it. The analytics we use are designed to be privacy-respecting and do not rely on cookies or personal identifiers.

We use three third-party services, each chosen for their privacy-conscious defaults.

We keep your email address until you ask us to delete it. There is no automatic expiry — you're in control.

To request deletion, email privacy@openswing.dev. You can also unsubscribe from future emails at any time using the link included in every Loops message.

This site does not use tracking cookies.

Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookie-free by design — it measures aggregate traffic without setting cookies or storing personal data. Cloudflare Turnstile may process browser characteristics to distinguish humans from bots, but it does not place tracking cookies or build user profiles.

We do not use any other cookies, localStorage, or browser storage for tracking purposes.

Depending on where you are located, you have the following rights regarding your personal data. To exercise any of these, email privacy@openswing.dev. We'll respond within 30 days.

UK and EU residents (GDPR / UK GDPR)

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Erasure — ask us to delete your email address
• Restriction — limit how we process your data
• Portability — receive your data in a standard format
• Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest
• Withdraw consent — unsubscribe from the waitlist at any time

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) or your local EU supervisory authority.

California residents (CCPA / CPRA)

• Right to know — ask what personal data we collect, use, and share (short answer: just your email, and we don't share it)
• Right to delete — ask us to delete your email address
• Right to opt-out of sale — we don't sell data, so there's nothing to opt out of
• Non-discrimination — exercising your rights won't affect your access to our site

Our servers are hosted in the EU.

Waitlist emails are stored by Loops, a US-based service. Loops participates in standard data protection mechanisms for cross-border transfers of personal data.

Cloudflare Web Analytics processes anonymized traffic data at edge locations globally. Cloudflare Turnstile operates at the edge and does not store personal data.

We'll update this page if our data practices change. If we add new data collection in the future — for example, account registration when the product launches — we'll update this policy and notify waitlist subscribers before the change takes effect.
